E. E. Cammack Group School
The E. E. Cammack Group School is at the center of our Sales Development Program. This school offers the sales training – and real-world business experience – that can take you anywhere you want to go. You’ve probably heard about our school already. Now you can join its tradition of success. Since our group school began in 1924, 104 classes have graduated from this prestigious program. Today, our alumni hold high-profile positions at Aetna and many other leading companies within the healthcare industry.

The E. E. Cammack Group School is a sales and account management training program that recruits and hires early-in-career professionals to become part of the Aetna sales and service organization. We’ll not only teach you industry basics, we’ll help you transition from college experience to the corporate environment. This program consists of:
  • Intensive classroom-based study.
  • On-the-job training with business mentors. We’ll connect you with mentors who can help you get the most out of this program. You’ll have a mentor every step of the way – a group school “buddy,” an Aetna corporate advisor and a field office mentor.
  • Opportunities to network with, and learn from, Aetna senior leadership – and some of the best salespeople in our industry.

What we’re looking for
Here’s what you should have to join our program:
  • B.S. or B.A. (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3.0 GPA or higher desired
  • Integrity – Do the right thing for the right reasons, honors commitments, and behave ethically.
  • Leadership – Show the ability to motivate others to achieve goals, and influence others through knowledge and skill. Display confidence, self-assurance, and composure.
  • Communication skills – express verbal and written concepts in an understandable and organized manner. Interacts effectively with groups of people at all levels.
  • Problem solving skills– Be focused and skilled at identifying the root problem and effective at working through resolution scenarios.
  • Work Ethic – Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a strong competitive drive. Be willing to go the extra mile, takes initiative and can handle a fast pace.
