New York Continuation for Dependents to Age 30 In early November, we will send letters to our fully insured customers about the new New York State law that extends coverage for certain dependents up to age 30. And, we will send this postcard to your employees.
New York Employers: One or more of your benefits plans are being withdrawn as of January 1, 2010. This letter
is being sent to members 90 days prior to their 2010 renewal date to make them aware of the product withdrawal.
